I liked the location and reception—just that! The mattress was the softest I've slept on at any hotel, absolutely awful. The carpet felt unhygienic; I never saw a hotel with carpet in the room in the pictures, and the hallway and room doors were dark enough to see all the grime.

A wonderful experience in Lisbon! The Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade was an excellent choice. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and its location on Avenida da Liberdade is simply perfect, close to everything and ideal for exploring Lisbon. The service deserves praise: the entire team was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was also excellent. It was a very special stay and I would certainly book again on a future trip to Lisbon. Highly recommend! 🇵🇹❤️

The location was good. There was no pool and the building feels old.

Location was excellent! Food offerings in the AM was more than anticipated and delicious. A space out doors to sit and read a book or talk. One that is associated with the hotel
