I felt incredibly at home during my stay at this hotel, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been improved, especially in the bathroom area.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast. My room was okay, but there were some issues with the crib, which was clean but had a dirty mattress. When I pointed this out, the staff provided me with damp cloths to clean it, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast options were limited, and the melon had a strong, unpleasant smell. Additionally, I had to pay extra for coffee if I wanted anything other than the complimentary option.

My stay at this hotel was mostly pleasant, with clean bedding and a comfortable bed. However, the air conditioning unit was in winter mode and couldn't be adjusted, which made it difficult to cool down when it was hot outside. The staff suggested opening the window, but this wasn't ideal given the busy streets outside.
