“Good hotel, not the best location”

We booked this hotel after another hotel in Lonavala canceled our booking. We didn't know there was a huge theme park nearby, and that the hotel would be full of families and kids because of it. Apart from this, the hotel itself is OK, even if a bit run-down. The spa is really good, and they have a very nice rooftop pool. When we got to the room, there was a very strong smell coming from the bathroom, which wasn't the best first impression. We raised this with reception, and they sent people to improve it; they did, to a point, but the smell didn't really go away 100%. We had breakfast and dinner included in our booking, and both were buffets, which was a bit disappointing, especially the dinner buffet

The location and hospitality were good. The restaurant staff were not welcoming.

The new facility was nice. The staff were completely cold.

“Eigentlich ganz gut”

The rooms were clean and good. The restaurant staff were plentiful but on some days they ignored guests entirely. Room service also had days when they didn't answer the phone.
