“Bellissima vacanza in Salento”

My partner and I stayed 11 nights in this lovely cottage; it’s very secluded yet gorgeous, tucked into the Salento countryside. From the fully equipped patio with lounge chairs, deck chairs, table, chairs, and a barbecue you can enjoy a fantastic sunset. Inside the cottage is simply furnished but fully equipped, making it very comfortable. If you’re after peace but still want the best sea in Italy within 10‑15 minutes by car, I highly recommend Casa Barzó. The only thing I’d suggest is a little more lighting in the garden, otherwise everything’s perfect!

Everything… everything infinitely everything… as soon as I opened the gate we were left speechless; the house is stunning, incredible how you move through the quiet countryside and in less than ten minutes you have shops, the beach, everything… plus it’s strategically located for many cities; we’ll definitely come back. The house is very welcoming, everything inside and outside is meticulously cared for… the outdoor shower is top. There was nothing we didn’t like.

A house among the Salento countryside in absolute quiet and tranquility. Nothing else, everything perfect.

Very quiet location with a large garden, yet beaches and towns are a few minutes by car away. Beautiful terrace with grill and outdoor kitchen plus an outdoor shower. The air‑conditioning works well. A high‑quality house for South Italy. It isn’t directly related to the accommodation, but in August it was too hot and around the week of 15 August the beaches were overcrowded with a constant struggle for parking.
