The look was fine, but the facilities were disappointing: the camera only had the sheet on, the TV didn’t work on any channel, there was no ventilation, and because it was a low floor the windows couldn’t be opened, all of which was quite let‑down.

The room was very comfortable and clean, located nicely near the metro. The in‑room TV didn’t work and the bathroom had very little toilet paper; when we asked the cleaner she said there wasn’t any.
