I didn’t like anything from the moment we arrived; we got there early at 8 am, they refused to let us in and said they'd give us a more expensive room, so we paid extra and they told us we couldn’t leave our chosen sea‑view room, which was actually a smoking room. They put us in a city‑view, non‑smoking room instead, and on the second day they demanded an additional fee, claiming the room was more expensive and that I had made a mistake and didn’t pay the full amount! The room was full of tiny flies, cleaning only happened at a fixed time with limited hours, the bathroom was old, and the lighting was terrible – a hospital, not a hotel, the worst experience I’ve had, never again.
