The host and hostess were very friendly, and breakfast was delicious, but the website doesn’t make it clear that you really need to be a big animal lover—two large dogs roam freely, and we were told to shout loudly at them, which felt tense. The second evening, my son hesitated to get out of the car, and one of the dogs bit my husband’s trousers. So although the B&B is beautiful with a wonderful host and great breakfast, we won’t return because we didn’t feel comfortable around the dogs.

The hosts were very kind, friendly, and helpful, making the stay genuinely pleasant. We did, however, find the TV remote unusable, and the “all‑day spa” that was advertised turned out to be only two hours, which was inconvenient. The cottages sit right across from the hosts’ windows, so privacy felt limited. The photos promised a sea view, but there is no sea nearby, which was misleading. In the sauna, the door was hard to shut, and some wooden floorboards lifted when walked on, making it feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

“Wij hadden een zeer ontspannend verblijf! Hou je van de rust, dan is dit zeker een aanrader!”

Quiet spot with a lovely garden, jacuzzi, and sauna. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and pretty. Breakfast in the room was simple but tasty, though I wish there was tea. The bed felt a bit small and the open bathroom wasn't my favorite.
