Unfortunately only. The hotel sits next to the road. I booked a room, the hotel confirmed the reservation, then I set off from Lviv to Dnipro, planning to arrive at 19:00. Half an hour before arrival I received a call saying my room had been given away and they could offer another room, but it was three times more expensive… Naturally I felt negative about that offer. I was in the middle of the road, it got dark, there was no internet, and the hotel had none. Consequently I kept driving on the road to Znamensk, and luckily found a cozy hotel there.

The complex is nice, located not far from Kropyvnytskyi, with 7 rooms, very cozy, a good area, a pool, and customer‑oriented staff—all things I liked. Everything was liked.

The main thing was cleanliness, a nice area, and tasty breakfast. The room had a mini‑bar, water bottles, tea, coffee, various hygiene items, even toothbrushes. Overall, for its price everything was fine. The hotel is old; once a luxurious room, it’s long since worn out and needs cosmetic renovation. The beds creak, the furniture that used to be solid now has sagging doors and drawers. The doors are warped and scrape the floor, the shower has issues, the toilet doesn’t flush well, and the chrome on all surfaces is tarnished. A straight‑armed handyman could fix a lot of these flaws. Still, the cleaning staff are good and the place is clean.

“Хорошее место!”

The grounds are well‑maintained, all the facilities are present, and the staff are responsive and pleasant. Nature and safety are appreciated. The pool has too much chemical. The kitchen could be improved, and the prices are higher than in the city. The included breakfasts could be better and more varied, but given the price, it’s acceptable overall.

“За последние 5 лет это самое лучшее место где мне приходилось остановиться.”

Чисто, отличное постельное и идеальные матрасы. На территории уютный, небольшой пару вдоль реки. Бассейн на берегу реки, прекрасная зона с шезлонгами на деревянном помосте. Нет этого ужасного песка, нет комаров вообще!!! Ни оводов, ни комаров. Вид из окна невероятный). После 22.00 заселение невозможно, в ночное время администратора нет
