Gyeongju Bee House

The staff greeted us with smiles and warmth upon arrival. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything required: towels (small model from South Korea), hair dryer, fridge. Breakfast was modest but fine. Several amenities available: microwave, kettle, water dispenser. The hotel is well positioned relative to the most convenient bus lines for reaching stations and tourist spots, and it’s ideal for walking to sights. It sits on a side street off a main road, which keeps it quiet thanks to double glazing.

The place is well‑located, well‑equipped, and comfortable, with a reasonable price‑quality ratio. The bathroom, however, isn’t very pleasant: no storage closet, no shower compartment, so the bathroom stays wet after every shower.

“Clean barhan to boot.”

The staff were nice, the place was low‑key and friendly, and it’s well‑located in the city. If you couldn’t get a spot in front, there was paid parking across the street, which made me less worried about damage to my rental car. The only drawback was the lack of a microwave in the room, though there was one right down the stairs.
