The room stayed spotless and tidy, and housekeeping came every morning to freshen up the room and hand out new towels. However, we were not told that payment had to be made before 8 pm, and because of a delay we couldn’t arrive by that time. The hotel warned that our booking would be cancelled if we didn’t pay by 8 pm, but they only offered a bank transfer and no credit‑card link, even though I already had my card details on hand, which confused us.
