The location is very good and the car park is free and large. However, you have to pay 5€ per person to change towels, the bed sheets aren’t changed in 7 days, there’s no soap in the bathroom, and there are many small ants on the balcony, even inside the room and bathroom.

“beautiful rooms in Tropea”

The room was impeccably clean and everything was brand new. I loved the terrace with a sea view, and if I ever return to Tropea, I’ll book here again. The owners were very polite and helpful. Nothing else.

The room was clean, but there were no towel or bed changes and the trash bins weren’t refilled. The mattress was firm and there were few pillows. The shower didn’t drain, so I had to finish quickly.

“Bien pero mejorable en limpiza”

The area was quiet and parking was hassle‑free for a 7‑night stay in September, though walking to the city center took about 20 minutes. The room was only cleaned once during the week, and when I asked via WhatsApp it was clear that this was insufficient; at least every other day was expected. The sheets were low‑quality, the duvet was non‑adjustable and visibly worn, one pillow was very hard and the other was acceptable. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was never properly cleaned; there was visible limescale or grime at the bottom. The shower area had accumulated dirt under the curtain edges.
