We appreciated the location and the main areas of the hotel—terrace, lobby, pool, restaurant. We had a lovely afternoon snack on the terrace; after a brief wait for staff notice, the manager and a colleague quickly served us, and we enjoyed our food and wine in a beautiful setting. However, we booked a one‑bedroom suite with a pull‑out couch for my daughter, and the room felt dark; the blinds were hard to handle and the bathroom lacked amenities. We stayed only one night, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but I wouldn’t choose it again. The rooms we had booked earlier were nicer. We also booked dinner that evening; the food was fine, but the service clearly needs improvement. They were short‑staffed, and the waiters seemed very young and not as customer‑focused as they could be. We waited a long time to be seated, with no one at the host station, and felt annoyed when we asked to be seated on the terrace as per our reservation—only two tables were available, and an empty corner table could have been used if there had been more flexibility. We watched tables being wiped and set while we waited patiently for our water and wine, and the entrees took even longer. Overall, a more professional coordination and customer focus would make the dining experience much better in such a lovely setting.
