Everything was great, but I’m disappointed that I can’t book next year because of refurbishment and re‑branding; the spa was also unavailable.

Parking in the basement was free and hassle‑free, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good and plentiful, our bed was very comfortable, we had two different pillow sizes, and the toiletries were nice. However, the furniture feels a bit dated and needs maintenance, the bathroom door was loose and misaligned, and the main door from the hallway to the room had been broken and only patched up crudely, so it looked more fragile than expected for a 5‑star hotel.

Beautiful hotel , exceptional. The staff were not helpful ! Especially the man who checked us in and out. Housekeeping took my bikini cover up and after numerous conversations and I even followed up With email after I left not one person has got back to me
