When I arrived and went to drop off my luggage, even though it was before the official check‑in time, they told me it was ready and let me in.

Everything was spectacular. The four staff members I interacted with were awesome, and you can tell they love their job—that’s huge. It’s in the heart of the city and a safe area. Breakfast was lovely. My whole stay was the best of my two weeks in Italy. If this place is available for your dates, stay here—you won’t regret it.

I stayed in a spacious, spotless room with a balcony overlooking the San Pietro bell tower; the bathroom had a large window, modern fixtures, a roomy shower with a choice between a large spray and a small one, and a very soft, large shower towel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus stop that comes from the station.
