The location was great, and you can bike to many beautiful spots. The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly, and it was away from noisy areas. Breakfasts were tasty and varied. Thanks heartily to the hotel staff for excellent service.

The balcony view of Neuschwanstein was lovely. The beds felt too soft for me.

The location was nice and the breakfast buffet was good, and the place was very clean. The room was bare and uncomfortable, the mattress was sagging and hard to sleep on, the stopper in the sink was loose so water kept running in unless you pulled it out completely.

The place was clean and the breakfast a nice spread. There were no staff present except from 7am-9am. We messaged but got no replies for our entire stay. The property had 10-12 rooms but only 3 were occupied. If you have any issues there is no one to address them.

It’s very central, heading towards Füssen. Price/value is correct. Breakfast was okay but not special. The whole place felt anonymous; someone just handled breakfast and rooms, that’s it. The reception was never staffed, no one was present.
