The hotel exceeded my expectations, is in a great spot right next to Parque das Águas, the staff were attentive, the room was modern, breakfast was excellent and the value for money was great, yet the Italian restaurant inside the hotel felt a bit salty.

The hotel is very well situated, easy to reach, clean, though the facilities are older, the bed was good and we enjoyed the overall experience, but the shower took a long time to heat up because of the boiler.

The room we stayed in was very spacious, yet it lacked a chair and table for working on a laptop and the Wi‑Fi barely worked.

I liked the clean, soft bed that made me want to stay indoors, the breakfast was all good, great location, so I came back, but the shower door kept falling when I pulled it open, which was the only annoyance.
