The spot is pretty and nice. They don't respect reservations, claim they have no relationships, and I don't understand why they pull us out of this app.

The facilities, concept, and service were fine. They didn't honor my booking because they say weekends aren't rented 24 hours.

The location is great, right on the main avenue. I couldn't try breakfast because we couldn't settle in, they say they're not registered in the app, have no reservations, and the staff is very arrogant. The staff gave no explanation, just said they had no booking apps and offered no options, basically ignored you and almost kicked you out.
