A great house with very helpful owners. There was even a charging spot for an e‑car, which we unfortunately didn’t use right away. The dog was no problem, although it had to stay on a leash because of the local cats. The breakfast was very good.

It was an absolute fairy tale and lived history! Staying in this beautiful castle felt like pure magic. We spent the night in the dreamy “Suite Familiale” on the upper floor—two stylish, historically rich rooms linked by a small corridor. The view from the windows of the picturesque park and the endless vineyards in golden light was simply breathtaking. The entire estate radiates incredible elegance and romance, like a living museum where every corner tells a story—such as the ornate family tree on the wall next to our room. A huge thank you to the wonderful host for the warm hospitality and for caring for this historic treasure with so much love and dedication. It was an unforgettable time full of beauty and harmony. We fell in love and will definitely come back!

We loved the location and the unique architecture of the building. It feels like a real castle with original details. The host was very friendly, helpful, and personable. He is a descendant of the original owner and shared fascinating family and building stories. The website claimed there was a restaurant on site, but that wasn’t true. Still, we managed to get an evening meal after a little coaxing from the host’s mother, though it was very basic.

“Great for a short stay and historic values”

The place is genuinely original, not trying to be something else, though it feels a bit dated for those who prefer modern style. My wife liked the dinner, but I’m still waiting to decide since I’m a meat lover.
