Nothing. Paid for water view and received a view of a brick wall. Never received a call from the management team as I requested. Front desk Said it was booking.coms fault the rooms were not correct even though our reservation said otherwise. Very disappointed paying so much for a brick wall view

The location right by the water was good, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the front‑desk and valet staff were very friendly and helpful; it’s also within walking distance of many great restaurants.

The spot is just a short walk from downtown Traverse City and sits right across from the waterfront park. The room was nicely furnished, the bed and pillows were comfy, and the shower was spacious. I thought the price matched the quality, but after taxes and fees it was nearly twice what I had anticipated, so I’ll look into that.

A luxurious place at a reasonable price, with large rooms, a pampering shower, and good breakfast, but the second floor faces the parking lot, which is not ideal.
