Kerry was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. the room was exceptional with a lovely comfy bed and small kitchen and bathroom. it was all very nicely done and spotlessly clean thanks. they were very accommodatiing of my bike which i really appreciated

I stayed one night while waiting for the ferry to the Orkneys the next day. The room was great—very spacious, a super comfy bed, and a good bathroom. I would stay again if I ever returned.

They didn’t offer breakfast, so the hotel only provided a room‑only rate. The location was fine and the staff were friendly. The building needs a full refurbishment: the bed was very uncomfortable and everything else had to be replaced. The room and bathroom were poorly lit, the shower didn’t work, and there appeared to be rainwater leaking into a common area with a partially collapsed ceiling. The street entry was insecure.
