“Great!!!!”

The staff are the best in Florida, making this my favorite hotel—nothing to complain about.

“The manager was very professional and got everything straightened out.”

The breakfast was great. Only problem that I experienced was . I was charged a second time at the desk check in , when I already paid in full through booking .com . Took two days to get that cleared up with both parties and get refunded. Not a pleasant situation when our visit was for a funeral. It tied up funds that could have been used elsewhere. Explained above

I loved everything about this hotel and had just walked out of another motel in the area (lost my $$ 500). This hotel is wonderful and I have to say even better than some of the other Holiday Inns I've stayed in. The staff was extremely supportive and friendly after the debacle I had just experienced. They saw to my every need. I cannot express how safe and relieved I felt after checking in here. If I have to come back, this is where I'll stay. Thank you. I am elderly and getting into this hotel is a little touchy due to the Clearwater traffic. Since I lived here for 38 years I was familiar with the area and could find the easiest way to get in and out. But the traffic is why we left Clearwater. However, for tourists and business people it is ideal
