The breakfast was awesome, but the stairs were a hassle for heavy luggage; the staff helped out!

We were three girls on a trip staying for three nights. Our room, 135, smelled awful. We asked to switch rooms, but they said they would fix it instead. Then they claimed they had fixed it, but it was just as bad. All our clothes still smelled long after. We got a new room the next day; it didn't smell as bad, but it wasn’t clean anywhere, the hotel door handles were loose, the faucets were loose, and our sink unfortunately was clogged.

Le personnel de réception accueillant et agréable. On a demandé à ce que le personnel nous fasse la chambre nous avons eu droit qu’à un changement de serviettes Poubelles non vidées aucun ménage de fait même pas les lits La porte de la salle de bain intérieur salle remplie de poussière sur les moulures de la porte Vmc poussiéreuse etc … De plus en pleine nuit la tringle à rideau m’est tombée dessus
