I liked the room with a balcony that was clean enough and the price wasn’t too high. I didn’t like that booking through the app didn’t show a deposit requirement before check‑in, so after checking in I had to pay the room via card in the app, then an additional 500‑1000 baht at the counter, which should have been warned about earlier. If I’d known I would have avoided this hotel and looked for one without a pre‑payment deposit. The staff told me about the deposit on the day of check‑in, which left a bad impression.

The location is convenient, just a short walk to the sea. Everything is terribly dirty, rusty and untidy. The towels have holes, the cleaning staff seem unhygienic, and one person handles every task in the room.

I stayed for about 10 days and the experience fell short of expectations. The main problem was extreme humidity: the air felt heavy with a strong odor, and condensation made the floor wet. When I tried to use the air conditioning, the humidity smell worsened, making it hard to breathe. The bed was also unsanitary, with visible stains and mold on the mattress and pillows. Although I complained and they replaced the pillows, the overall deterioration of the room and constant humidity made the 10‑day stay very unpleasant.

The room was unclean, with hair from previous guests, old and moldy pillows, stained and old sheets, and heavily soiled curtains; I didn’t stay but was not refunded.
