The staff were pleasant, but the room was a bit cramped for small items even though the overall size was fine.

I misplaced something at the hotel and was in a bind, but the staff went out of their way to track it down, so I’m incredibly grateful. The breakfast spread was huge and every dish tasted fantastic, and the team preparing it greeted us cheerfully, which was a real plus. Its location right by the station was convenient, the rates were reasonable, and I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Chiba. No complaints at all.
