Only one person at this property genuinely tried to resolve every issue and showed warmth and care towards the guests, and that was Ms. Amila. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to her for her kindness, dedication, and efforts. Ms. Meyvaou, who provided the massage, was absolutely wonderful. We were extremely pleased with her excellent service. There were chipped porcelain cups at breakfast. The breakfast supervisor seemed to focus solely on welcoming guests, while paying little attention to the shortcomings and issues in the breakfast service. Unfortunately, there appeared to be no one properly overseeing these details.

Delicious rooms, we stayed in the new wing. Nice staff, good pool and a lovely spot for dinner outside on the courtyard. Lunch in the greenhouse was not a pleasant space.

The location and its park, the comfort, the food, and the staff were all great, but the bathroom equipment was pretty basic for a spa hotel—no air‑conditioning and no body lotion.
