Country Inn Tarika Riverside Resort Jim Corbett failed to provide accommodation. No refunds were issued, and they claimed the booking was made by someone else, so they refunded you automatically. They also changed the check‑in and check‑out dates without asking guests. It’s awful to arrive and be denied a room after paying the full amount in advance. The hotel offers no decent facilities, and a reputed establishment should not refuse guests after full payment.

Nothing! They are a complete scam, and by promoting such properties they are part of the scam; it isn’t even a Country Inn property. We were trapped because we trusted the Country Inn brand, yet the rooms aren’t even worth 500 per night, yet we were charged almost 7.5K. Everything was wrong – none of the electric amenities worked in the room, the TV was broken, the refrigerator didn’t work, and the AC sounded like a tractor.

“They said we are full and shifted to some other place which is not worth of that money, I didn’t get any number to compl”

They told us the hotel was full and moved us to another place that didn’t match the price; I never got a contact number to complain, not even a call from the booking side—service was poor and pathetic.
