I really appreciated the team's attentiveness and kindness. Everything was very clean, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

It was simple but functional. The only issue was the missing curtain or separation between the shower box and the toilet.

The reception was courteous. However, it was my first stay at Art Hotel and the room was moldy, with paint peeling in the bathroom because of the mold. The wardrobe was unusable, and the mattress was in terrible condition, creating a depression in the middle. The cost was higher than other options with better facilities and a larger bed. The breakfast was very basic, which was disappointing for our purpose of exploring the city and resting at night. The cleaning staff checked our door three times in the morning, clearly unaware that a guest was inside, and there was no badge to hang on the door.
