The view from the room was good, but the room was dirty. There was no basic equipment (no toilet paper). Communication was very poor: they didn’t keep the earlier breakfast we’d arranged, didn’t understand any language, and you couldn’t talk to them. Breakfast, which was supposed to start at 9:00, was always served half an hour late and consisted of butter, cheese, boiled eggs, bread and tea. The photos didn’t match reality.

The bathroom and room were dirty (bed linen, carpets, toilet). There was no basic equipment (no toilet paper). Communication was very poor: they didn’t keep the earlier breakfast we’d arranged, didn’t understand any language, and you couldn’t talk to them. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, tastefully designed, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, so I could rest well at night. All necessary amenities were available, and cleaning was done at a high level every day. Wi‑Fi was fast and stable, and I had no problems using it for work or browsing. Internet connectivity was good throughout the hotel. Breakfast met all my expectations, offering a variety of dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, hot meals, and drinks. The quality of the food was high and everything was deliciously prepared. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Check‑in and check‑out were quick, and all our questions were answered attentively. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, high service level, fast internet, and rich breakfast left a very good impression. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku and plan to stay here again on my next trip. The pool was a bit warm, but that’s a minor issue.

Nothing positive to mention; I booked a room for four people—two adults and two children—in a two‑bedroom apartment, but when we arrived and got the keys the room only had a double bed and a single bed, making it impossible to sleep properly. The reception gave no explanation, a disaster. After pressing the issue we spoke with someone who seemed to be the owner, who claimed there had been a mix‑up, that our room wasn’t available and that we could be moved to another, supposedly better, hotel. The only other option was the Sebail Inn shown in the video, which looked fine at first glance, but a closer look revealed peeled walls, mold on the mattresses, stains on the towels and—worst of all—cockroaches! It was the worst room I’ve ever encountered, and reading later reviews makes me think this is their usual practice: no room, another hotel, cancel the original reservation and avoid paying the platform.
