मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
It’s absurd that there’s no accessibility ramp for guests with luggage or wheelchairs—everyone has to climb stairs, and this isn’t mentioned beforehand; it should be clarified.

The service, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere were all great.

The esplanade on the top floor was great.

The room was very clean and the hotel sits in a very good spot right next to the metro station. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast food quality; mostly pastries were on the menu and there were basically no protein options.
