The power point was not working and the staff said they would bring me the correct extension power card for the TV, but they never returned, which was disappointing.

Only the location. There was no one there to greet you. Door to my room was coming off the hinges. Lamp didn’t work

Not much to be honest. We arrived at 7.15, I messaged owner to say we were running late and would be there 7.00 pm.Got no reply. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. It was still being cleaned.I complained to the owner. He was nowhere to be seen.Officed closed, only had a phone number to call.shower flirts wasnt that clean, and rooms smelt of mould or something very musky

I always stay here when I’m in Ouyen. The rooms are large, comfy and there’s parking right in front. The hosts are accommodating, and the location makes it easy to walk to everything. A trip to the lake is a must.
