The place offered excellent value, a great location, a large, spacious room with a microwave and fridge, but getting out of the car park was difficult.

The room was spacious and the location was perfect for the rugby stadium, though the wardrobe doors and drawers opened a bit awkwardly.

The location is excellent—under 5 minutes on foot to the cathedral, less than 10 to downtown, parking directly in the courtyard, a large room, and they accommodated my early arrival before 15:00 without issue. However, you should only book if you can sleep with earplugs facing the main street (which wasn't a problem for me). Also, a kitchen towel, dish soap, and more than two plates would be nice to fully use the kitchenette with microwave and sink.

Very well located at the top of the high street, just around the corner from the train station and less than 20 minutes walk to the Quays. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Roadworks currently in progress by the property led to increased traffic and difficulty finding the parking spaces at the rear.
