The homey vibe and the breakfast (by reservation) were great, and having my favorite manga to read made it perfect. No major complaints, but if I had to mention something, the stair rail on the vacant floor was a bit loose, which made descending a little scary.

We booked a private room for two: it was huge! (Even a little lounge area/tea corner). The common area is very cute and pleasant. The staff are very friendly. There’s a spot to store bikes if needed.

A hidden gem on Onomichi’s shopping street! I felt like I’d stepped into a fairy tale. I don’t usually pick dorms, but I wanted to stay here so badly that I was willing to do it. No regrets!
