The bedding and towels were great. The hotel is close to the underground. The room was on the top floor, the windows were sealed so there was no escape route in an emergency. The bathroom extractor fan did not work, and the air‑con remote control was also non‑functional (though the air‑con could be operated on the unit). The rooms also need a Wi‑Fi extender because the signal fluctuates between non‑existent and absolutely useless. For most people, quality Wi‑Fi is essential.

The room was a good size, the bathroom comfortable and the tea/coffee facilities adequate. The location was great for us near the university. It could have been a little cleaner; there was dust in the corners.

The room was decent, comfortable and clean, and it’s near Mile End tube station, Regent’s Park, and several shops.

The location is great, value for money is good, and they even sell draught Red Stripe! I like it and stay often.
