The indoor waterfall was a highlight, yet the room had no fridge, a moldy coffee maker, a door that barely fit and hit you, a mismatched toilet lid cover, key cards that didn't work for the pool entrance and had to be propped open with a chair, no soap for the bath, and overall it was a nightmare—I only managed to stay for the night.

The staff was nice and the lobby was nice the breakfast was sitting all day and was old the r rooms were old and torn carpet in the room the bath tub did not work and old paint and torn room and bathroom bad comfort levels in the room very dissatisfied I told the manger and corporate. The morning staff was helpful, but there was no running water from 9‑5, which was awful for a pregnant guest needing to pee every five minutes; nobody warned us about the issue and it was disgusting—I left around 11 pm.
