It was quite comfortable and budget‑friendly. The place was clean, had all the amenities, towels, and in the basement there’s a washer and dryer – a big plus. The location is convenient, 3‑5 minutes to the metro. The bed was comfortable! I liked everything! 👍

“Excellent value and location next to Gangnam”

The place sits right next to 340 Seoul Nat Uni of Edu station; you can exit at 5 to hit the green line to Gangnam in one stop or at 12 for the orange line to the Express bus station, also one stop away. I stayed 17 nights for plastic surgery and it worked well. The building has two floors and a basement with shared washers, a kitchen that includes a water dispenser, microwave, conduction cooker, and coffee machine. Towels are supplied but small, so I used one as a mat outside the bathroom when showering. Each room has its own bathroom and a spot by the door for shoes. Digital locks open the main glass door and the room. I felt sad to leave. For the price it’s a bargain, especially with the train links. There are plenty of good eateries and convenience stores right outside at reasonable prices, thanks to the university proximity. While I was there, the mattresses and room furniture were revamped, so earlier complaints seem resolved. Just don’t set too high expectations for this price. Cleanliness and tidiness could use improvement—I had to clean stains and dust myself. Since there’s no staff and it’s a guesthouse, everyone should help keep it tidy. Lots of wet wipes are provided.

The room’s soundproofing was poor, and at night I could hear water running.

The location is superb: a 3‑minute walk to the metro and a McDonald’s, and a 25‑minute walk to Gangnam with all its shops. The room is small but clean, the AC worked, the fridge worked, and there were no issues accessing the accommodation. For its price it’s very good.

“Good value”

The location is very convenient, with the airport shuttle bus stop, metro, and bus stops nearby. There are nice, affordable restaurants around and everything else you need. The mosquitoes were a problem; I couldn’t get rid of them and they tormented me at night. They do have sprays, but they didn’t help much. Renovation was happening while I stayed, so I recommend using a window net. I traveled from Seoul to Beijing, and this hotel is on the first floor, but they have the net and no mosquitoes at all. Other than that, it was a great value and convenient.
