I had an exceptional experience at Pearl-Continental Hotel Malam Jabba. From the moment of arrival, the hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive. The location and ambiance were great, but it was unsettling that the hotel let people know your room number; I didn’t find that very pleasant and felt it breached my privacy.
