We only spent an afternoon at the hotel, but the staff were very friendly and the place met all our needs. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the escalators and elevators that go up to the city’s upper part, and the walk is beautiful! Because it’s a B&B, there was nobody when we arrived, but that was sorted out within minutes.

The property is brand‑new and sits perfectly close to the Basilica—just a 2‑minute drive or a short walk. The rooms are very clean, fragrant, with comfy beds and a nice bathroom that has a lovely shower with shower gel and a hair dryer. I especially appreciated how quiet the location is. The staff are always there in person or reachable by phone whenever needed; they’re friendly and make you feel almost like family. Breakfast offers a wide range of homemade cakes, brioches, yogurt, fruit juice (and even some salty options), and is paired with good cappuccinos and coffee made on the spot by the owner, served in the cozy ground‑floor veranda. I recommend it 100 % and will stay again when we return to Cascia.

We had a truly pleasant stay that went beyond expectations! I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this place really deserves a special shout‑out. The B&B is beautiful, well‑maintained, and renovated, but what struck us most was the warmth and attention given to guests. Even though only four of us were there, split between two rooms, we found the heating on, the outdoor lights on, and the common areas welcoming when we came back that evening—little touches that show genuine care. The breakfast was a delightful surprise: a very kind lady greeted us with a beautifully set table, a great selection of cakes, pastry brioches, ham, and cheese. It was a generous, high‑quality spread that we truly appreciated. If there’s one tiny area for improvement, it was the staircase to the rooms—turning on the lights wasn’t immediately obvious, so a motion‑sensor lamp could make it easier, especially at night. Otherwise, nothing to criticize: a place that blends beauty, comfort, and above all, a big focus on guests. Great job, keep it up! Highly recommended.

The staff were super helpful and professional, the owner made you feel like family, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great, especially the homemade pastries. Parking was very convenient and free.
