The host is amazing! She even made sure our breakfast varied each day, and she was very pleasant to chat with. Located right in the center, so everything was within easy reach.

The old house and the “retro” décor. The owner is kind. The smell and the dog breeding feces! The house sits at the corner of two streets and is very noisy.
The house and courtyard are a genuine historic building, absolutely charming. The host and staff welcome you so warmly that you feel at home the moment you arrive and never want to leave. It’s the best of the British B&B tradition taken worldwide. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights of Taal, right next to the Basilica and the old market. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast, which lets foreign guests taste the regional food. I loved staying there and highly recommend it. It didn’t bother me, being a city dweller, but don’t expect absolute silence. The downside of a central location is being on a main road. They have a few dogs, which are very friendly and lovable; so much so that you don’t have to be a dog person to like them. But if you have a big problem with dogs, maybe not the best place for you.
