The location was perfect, under 5 minutes from the train and bus station. Check‑in was comfortable, fast, and without issues, and everything was explained clearly from the start. The doors are paper‑thin, so you hear everything and feel a bit insecure. The bathroom needs renovation; the hydro‑massage shower is heavily used and unusable, so a bathtub‑shower combo would be more practical.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was close to the bus station and many shops. The soap dispenser was empty, the toilet paper ran out, and it was very noisy—the front door to the floor rattles every time someone enters. Staff were rarely available, the room and bathroom were very small, and there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom.
