“I do not write reviews when everything is as advertised, but this stay was dissapointing”

The location is amazing with views overlooking the entire city, and the terrace is nice and quiet, surrounded by trees. Elevators work properly and are serviced regularly, with the next inspection date displayed. The furniture has been the same since the original opening in ’77, and the lack of investment in the room is glaring—electrical wiring needs a full overhaul, including non‑functional wall sockets. I tried calling the front desk, but the land line had no tone. I inspected a socket and saw the cable completely ripped from the wall, with wiring hanging out. Your safety could be at risk. I wouldn’t mind a fair price per room, but when you charge a premium you should deliver beyond basic accommodation. It was a complete disappointment; the hotel is low quality and far below expectations.

Everything was fine—the view was exceptional, and breakfast was rich and very good!

Nothing at all. Terrible service and horrible room I have ever slept in. The room was terrible!!!! The carpet smells terrible to an extent that I even had a nose-bleed because I have sinuses. They use a scent in the room to counter the smell but it added to the terrible smell. This was the worst week of my life!!

The staff were very kind and friendly, the pool was fantastic, breakfast was enough, and the view over the city was impressive. The hotel is old and simple, yet clean and everything is within reach.
