Iberostar Selection Cancun - All Inclusive

I’ve stayed at your hotel twice while traveling to Cancun for dental work, and I plan to return again, but the price has become a bit steep for me.

The food at the restaurants and buffet is good, with variety and quality. Service and overall attention are very good. The facilities feel a bit old and some need repair. Extra items are very expensive, and a few baristas are not very friendly.

I loved the food, the place, the amenities, and the cleanliness. The only downside is that the ice‑cream topping cart often runs out of toppings.

The staff are wonderful, all very friendly and pleasant. I’m grateful for the excellent service in the bars, activities, and restaurants. Nothing to criticize; I wish everyone the best because they’re great people who make the experience 10/10. The restaurant food is excellent, drinks are varied and well made, and they keep innovating with new dishes around the pool area and at the buffet. It’s a solid chain and we’ll definitely return.
