The overall property, staff, and services were amazing; they were very friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate any request. The only drawback was the lack of a lift, so you have to carry everything to your floor; choose a ground‑floor room if possible, though the restaurant is on the third floor.

Modern and very clean, the room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was hearty, varied, and tasty, and you could even use the kitchen at breakfast to reheat dishes in the evening. The reception staff were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful, especially Bilal. We received a small gift on our departure day—a nice touch. A bit far from the historic center, and there is no elevator.

понравилось абсолютно все- персонал, сами апартаменты, питание и расположение!!!! Все сотрудники невероятно вежливы, очень помогли нам решить нашу проблему!!! завтраки тоже понравились!!!

The hotel is new, very clean, and set in a beautiful, green area. The room is large and comfortable. The location is convenient, quiet, and within walking distance of main attractions, several restaurants, and cafés. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Bilal at the front desk, who offered great local advice and services.
