The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was varied, and the hotel had a luxurious feel.

“Perinteinen hotelli uudistettuna ja hyvässä kunnossa, hyvät liikuntatilat.”

The hotel was spacious and the rooms were modern and well maintained, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was really good. The gym was excellent, the sauna and swimming area were OK. The changing rooms for the pool and sauna were worn out, there were no towels or cleaning supplies available. The lighting in the pool area was quite dim. The overall service was a bit blunt, “traditional Finnish”, which was a bit surprising for a hotel that is internationally oriented.

“Einfach ein schönes Hotel in wunderschöner Umgebung”

Super Lage. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Aussicht Richtung Töölönlahti und Stadt ist wunderschön. Ich besuche Crowne Plaza Helsinki-Hesperia immer gerne. Die Hotel-Bar hatte einen hervorragenden Riesling. Leider gab es kein Shampoo, dafür zwei mal Conditioner. Taschentücher fehlten ebenfalls

“Meeldiv.”

The breakfast was very good, the location was nice, and the rooms were pretty. The window opened well. Service was slow, the slippers were itchy (I’m mildly allergic), and the mattress was too firm.

The location was great, the hotel was tidy, and the breakfast was good and varied. The parking garage was a downside. The chocolate floor was unpleasant, and the storage space for clothes was far too small. The wardrobe space could fit the floor mats, but there was no hook for hanging nicer clothes, which was a big minus!
