The entrance was already very friendly, with a nice street view. The reception ladies were kind and helpful, replying instantly to emails I sent after booking. They spoke English, which made communication easy. We couldn’t give our arrival time in advance, but we arrived at 12 pm on 1/4, and they still managed to book a spot for us on the scheduled excursion ship for 9 people and arranged a taxi to drop us at the harbor. The breakfast spot is on the 7th floor with a nice view. The cleaning staff are also friendly. We spent one night there and nothing negative came up.

The stay was fantastic. The hotel was very clean, perfectly located in Ha Long City, and close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Big thanks to the whole team!
