“Never again will i not read the reviews”
I booked at Bposhtels in Salt Lake City, thinking the location was great, so I skipped the Hollywood reviews. The check‑in process was a hassle: first I had to upload my ID, then an email sent me a link to download an app and enter a reference number. After that, another message told me I needed a verification code from an email I couldn’t access. The front desk finally supplied a PIN, but the listing was misleading because there was literally no one at the desk. When my electronic PIN pad failed, they gave me a phone number with two options—send an email or leave a message. Asking the staff for help, they said “not our property, not our problem” and that they had no control. They mentioned a tour desk linked to Viator, a happy hour, and evening entertainment via Eventbrite, yet they were clueless about bike tours or walking tours. They also claimed there was a bar, but none existed. The guests there seemed to be from Section 8 housing or a homeless project.

Nunca me hospedé porque no había quien me pueda abrir ni atender. No hay personal que te ayude, tuve que llamar y esperar mucho tiempo (dos horas). El lugar es horrible, no hay piscina, lo cual infringe lo solicitado en la página
