The staff were very friendly and patient with us, so everything worked out fine even though we don’t speak Japanese. The apartment is very large and was more than enough for our five people. The equipment was good and had everything we needed to prepare our dinner. The experience with the traditional Japanese beds was very good! It surprised us a bit that this apartment is a few minutes away from the main house; we’d have liked that in the description.

Even though the surroundings of the house look like an industrial zone, the large parking area turned out to be a perfect spot for the kids to play outside without worrying about disturbing neighbors. The house was huge and suited our group of two families. The living room sofa, however, wasn’t in great condition.
