Self‑check‑in worked well, but the bed was hard and the springs were worn, leaving a dent in the mattress.

The spot was perfect—just a stone’s throw from the metro and my office, plus a cultural center across the street that’s safe for evening walks; I’ve already recommended it to coworkers and HR for future visitors. Everything else was as expected, though the fridge was noisy and gave me a few startles until I got used to it.

Was breakfast available? Cleanliness.

The building is immaculate and the location is outstanding. However, there were thousands of emails but the correct instructions were never sent. The water doesn’t heat up – it’s terrible in winter. The refrigerator starts making noise in the middle of the night. When you call support, the reply is that “there is nothing they can do immediately” (immediately meaning 5 days of stay). I do not recommend it.
