मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The view, the pool, and the spa are great. The reception was never staffed, and a young blonde lady couldn’t recommend anything, just brochures; I’d have liked more than that.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location by the lake is lovely. The food is excellent. At night you have to order by 20:00, otherwise nothing is available.

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the town centre yet quiet; a street runs between the hotel and the lake but it doesn’t disturb. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Dinner at the restaurant is tasty and well prepared. The bar has a good selection and is run with enthusiasm. The shared areas, such as the restaurant, are very large and feel cavernous.

I was shocked to discover that only two suites had air conditioning, and the booking site never warned me that the hotel lacked it; this was a deal‑breaker for me.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very child‑friendly.
