The room faced the sea and the lighthouse, which was stunning. The location is convenient and easy to reach, and the parking is appreciated when driving. Breakfast was very complete and varied, all fresh and tasty. The staff were extremely friendly and available. The room was comfortable and spotless. The air conditioning didn’t work, but we didn’t ask for help because the temperature wasn’t terrible; they would have fixed it if we had.

“Sobre protección”

I like it because whenever I travel I try to use the facilities of Diego de Almagro in both Santiago and La Serena—they’re good. The only downside is that breakfast leaves a lot to be desired compared to Santiago; it should keep the same standard. I stayed at the hotel that day because I was coming from Colo Colo, and the staff treated us very differently, limiting where we could move in the lobby. That shouldn’t happen; I didn’t ask for a name but it should not be tolerated, especially with guests staying there.
