Once we got our bearing’s, used to the steps and worked out the bus times we were glad we picked this property for our stay. Staff were helpful. Location is good providing you are fairly fit and don’t mind the climb. It was close to excelsior hotel for breakfast, lunch, drinks and a short walk to the square for Gerry’s bar (amazing value and service). We stayed for 5 nights and could have done with a towel / bed change

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Hotel Vincenzo were incredibly helpful and available for everything we needed. Nothing was missing.
